Ooni Halo Pro is super easy to clean. The stainless steel bowl, the patent-pending Removable Breaker Bar, Spiral Dough Hook, Flexible Beater and stainless steel Whisk head are all dishwasher safe. (The gearbox shouldn't be submerged in water, so make sure you detach the whisk head from it). For everything else, just wipe down with a lightly damp cloth and dry thoroughly.

Ooni Halo Pro is optimized for kneading dough with a hydration of between 55-80%, but we’ve seen skilled bakers take it out of this threshold all the way up to 100% hydration. Normally, mixers struggle to handle lower hydrations in high volumes as they lack the power of Ooni Halo Pro. Similarly, higher hydrations often struggle to form a quality dough, but with the stronger gluten development that Ooni Halo Pro mixing motion delivers, higher hydration doughs are equally achievable.
