Tools you'll need
Socket
Ooni Volt 12 comes included with a plug suitable for the region it’s sold in. If the included plug doesn’t fit your socket, you can use an adapter.

Infrared Thermometer
Check that your baking stone is at least 750°F / 400°C before cooking.

Ooni Volt 12 comes included with a short power supply cord, but you can connect it to an extension cord if you prefer.
Dough making tools
- Large mixing bowl
- Wooden spoon
- Dough mixer (optional)
- Digital scale (strongly encouraged)
- Teaspoon (if no scale)
- Liquid measuring cup (if no scale)
- Dry measuring cup (if no scale)
- Cling film / Damp towel
- Dough tray / Baking tray

- Fresh, dried or instant yeast
- “00” (preferred) or bread flour

- Canned San Marzano (preferred) or other plum tomatoes
- Salt

- Mozzarella ball (approx 100g)
